From the moment I met Robert at that August 2023 festival, coffee in hand and a dream in his eyes. I knew this was more than a project for him. His old website had only pulled in $300 over two years, but Robert’s passion for his craft was unmistakable. We sat down and started mapping out new possibilities: a fresh e-commerce design, branded merch, email marketing, a referral program to reward his community, and a subscription service to deliver his coffee right to doorsteps.
Together, we turned those ideas into reality. Since December 2023, Robert’s online sales have soared past $11K, and his local events and retail partnerships have flourished alongside. I still manage his site and email marketing today, but more importantly, I celebrate every milestone with him, because success tastes best when it’s shared.
Working this closely with Robert has deepened my own drive to dream bigger and invest in my business’s future.
